Linkinvid is published by Karam Hassan (iMediatronic), France. This page describes exactly what data we process — no more, no less.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you create an account (by email, Apple or Google). It is used to sign you in and find your account. Nothing else.
- A device identifier randomly generated by the app. It counts your free scans for the month. It isn't tied to any identity and can't be used to track you elsewhere.
- The links you scan, and their result. They are cached so the same scan isn't run twice (faster, cheaper).
- For creators: your public username, your photo and bio if you add one, your post links and the clicks they receive.
What we don't collect
- No advertising, no ad trackers, no behavioural analytics SDK.
- We do not sell or rent your data. Ever.
- We don't read your address book, location, photos or contacts.
- The optional skin profile (off by default) stays on your phone: it is only sent with your scan request and never stored.
Our providers
- Google Gemini — analyses the post you submit.
- RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions. Receives an account identifier and your subscription status, not your email.
- Stripe — payment for the creator subscription on the website. Your card details never pass through our servers.
- Postmark — sends sign-in codes by email.
- Apple and Google — sign-in, if you choose those methods.
Retention
- Your account and its data are kept as long as you use it.
- Cached scans are deleted automatically after six months.
- When you delete your account, everything is erased within 30 days.
Your rights
- You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@imediatronic.fr. We reply within 30 days.
- You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Third-party content
- Linkinvid displays posts published on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. That content belongs to its authors and we are not its publisher. A “Report this post” button is available in the app; every report is reviewed.
Affiliate links
- Some product links are affiliate links. When a creator has verified a post, those are their links: the commission goes entirely to them. On automatic scans, the link may be a Linkinvid affiliate link. In every case, the price you pay is the same.
